Wine Elevated: High-Altitude Vineyard Experience

The Distinction of High-Elevation Wines

Less than 1% of wines are produced from fruit grown at elevations approaching 5,000 feet.

Sustainability and Regeneration in the Vineyard

Our growing practices have a lower environmental impact, resulting in amazing wines without sacrificing the soil or nature.

Mountain Terroir and Natural Protection

The mountain terrain, which cradles our vines, offers remarkable terroir and natural safeguards.

Cool nights slow the growth, Exceptional Balance

At high elevations, cooler evenings slow the ripening process, allowing grapes to develop gradually and evenly over a longer growing season.

An Experience You Won't Forget

WINE

Offer a thoughtfully balanced flight that reflects the vibrancy of high-altitude winemaking, beginning with crisp whites such as Chardonel, Riesling and Gruner Veltliner to showcase bright acidity and expressive aromatics. Continue with elegant reds like Cabernet Franc, Baufrankisch, and Our signature Chump Blend that highlights depth, concentration, and refined tannins shaped by intense sun and cool mountain nights.

FOOD

Our offerings evolve with the seasons and can be thoughtfully adjusted to accommodate food allergies and personal preferences, ensuring every guest enjoys a pairing experience that is both refined and welcoming.

Our story

The
Journey
of
Mt Naomi

In 2008, Brenda and Keith made the heartfelt decision to move their family to the 75-year-old generational farmstead, determined to give their children the rare opportunity to grow up connected to the land and its enduring traditions. What began as a return to their roots quickly became a deeper calling. The farm was alive with possibility—turkeys roaming the pastures, sheep and cows grazing open fields, and rows of berries thriving in the fertile soil. It was more than a move; it was a commitment to a way of life grounded in hard work, stewardship, and family legacy.

With this transition came a pivotal choice: to farm differently. Rather than simply continuing conventional methods, Brenda and Keith embraced a more thoughtful and regenerative approach, one that would restore the soil, support biodiversity, and ensure the land could flourish for generations to come. By honoring the farm’s history while implementing sustainable practices, they created a living example of how tradition and innovation can work hand in hand—preserving the heritage of the past while cultivating a healthier future.
